It’s Time to Build in Tennessee
This year is building season in Tennessee, especially in and around the Greater Nashville Area.
Did you know that in 2020, the U.S. Census ranked Tennessee as the 7th-best state for activity when it came to newly-authorized housing construction?
The number of new private housing units authorized in the Greater Nashville Area hasn’t dipped below 2 million since April of last year. For some perspective, that number didn’t rise above 1 million from 2007 to 2013.
Instead of letting the market dictate the price of what you buy, why not buy building materials at auction with competitive prices? If there’s a reserve price and it’s met when bidding closes, both the buyer and seller can go home satisfied.
