Compass Auctions to Host USMS Property Auction

Compass Auctions & Real Estate in conjunction with Colliers International will be representing the United States Marshals Service in a multi property online only auction event. The auction will be found online via links from the website with the online only auction covering (currently) over 40+ properties. “The current number of properties may change as they are slated to go to auction, as they could still come up as being sold conventionally. By January we will more information on the exact number that will be in the auction,” said Justin Ochs, vice-president and broker for Compass Auctions & Real Estate.  Mr. Ochs is also the primary contact for this project.

Compass will update it’s website to reflect the properties and catalog of photos on a continual basis.

The auction sale will take place starting on January 25, 2019 with the event closing on January 31, 2019. This will be an online only sale.

Compass Auctions & Real Estate Awarded FDIC Contract Totaling Nearly $30 Million

Nashville, TN – Compass Auctions & Real Estate, LLC ( www . SoldonCompass .com ) is pleased to announce the  Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) has awarded the company the listing of 26 properties across the state of Tennessee totaling nearly $30 Million.

Compass Auctions & Real Estate, headquartered in Chattanooga, TN, has assigned Justin Ochs, Principal Broker and Auctioneer of the Nashville Division as Lead Project Manager.  Justin’s work ethic, customer service skills, professionalism and expertise in contract negotiation are highly sought after in the traditional market.  Ochs worked closely with associate T. Kyle Swicegood, CCIM of the Swicegood Group, LLC in North Carolina who has a proven track record in handling FDIC assets.
